18 Hours of World Maths Day so far!
As the sun sets on Sydney, Australia, it’s rising in other parts of the world. A very warm welcome to those students who are about to take part in World Maths Day 2010 for the first time.
The leader board is showing Mohammad A from Team Ireland leading the way in the 5-8 student category. Having played 500 games it will be interesting to see if he is overtaken by other students who still have games in hand.
Austin B from The Barstow School in the USA currently leads the 9-13 category, also having played 500 games.
Two Australian students lead the 14-18 ladder. David A in first place with Nathan B not far behind.
It’s great to see such a mix of nationalities, schools and students on the Hall of Fame. Enjoy being a part of the 4th annual World Maths Day and setting a new world record!
