Lead Up Events
Throughout the year, in schools and homes around the world, students are getting ready for World Maths Day! There are many national events where students can practise their skills in preparation for meeting the rest of the World in March. Many of the 2010 World Maths Day Ambassadors have been selected based on their success in a national Maths Challenge. Below are the 2009 Lead Up Events, were you involved in one of them?

I came 1st in The Lloydminster Math Challenge and it was a great dignity for me!! i was staggered for a second and was jumping with enchantment……in fact I enjoyed this and devoted ample of time to it,

I’m Sharan and I won the Scottish mathletics challenge.Just to wish everyone the very best for WMD 2010!
Well I came 2nd in the Gold Coast Titans Mathletics Challenge last year with 242,537 points. Ryan B beat me with 311,744 points.

To all of you out their who have been on to the SA Maths Challenge site who wonder why I came 11th I will explain:
I only played for Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday because I was grounded from Friday to Sunday.
I know,tough but none the less my fault!
